Check the chart below to see if you qualify. Your income can be from a job, public assistance, or any other source, but it must be stable and ongoing.

These guidelines are derived from HUD’s 2025 housing income guidelines for Pittsburgh’s Metropolitan Statistical Area and are subject to change. Example: If there are four persons in your household with a combined income of $85,800 per year, you may qualify.
