
Tina Morascyzk
Board Chair – Executive Committee
Tina Morascyzk is Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Construction at Giant Eagle. Tina believes Habitat of Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh is doing life- changing work in our region, supporting our neighbors and communities by providing safe, affordable home ownership opportunities, while building dignity, strength, stability, and self- reliance through quality shelter. At Giant Eagle, Tina is responsible for leading the real estate portfolio optimization/ management team, real estate development, real estate analytics, the construction/ design/ facilities group, and the operations/ planning/ engineering department. In 2020, Tina was named a “Top Woman in Grocery” in the senior-level executive category by Progressive Grocer, a prestigious honor for female leaders in the grocery industry. Tina is Co- President of Giant Eagle’s Women’s Business Resource Group, is a member of Giant Eagle’s Black Leaders and Collaborators Collective Business Resource Group and of the company’s Standing Up Against Racism Food Access Committee. She supports the company’s Team Member Care Fund, serves as a professional Mentor to female leaders, and is on Giant Eagle’s Heart Walk Committee in support of the American Heart Association. Tina is Vice Chairperson and Chair Elect of the March of Dimes’ Western Pennsylvania Market Board of Directors.Additionally, she serves on the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania Allegheny County Women’s Leadership Council Leadership Team and is a Bridge’s Society Member. Tina is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with Bachelor of Arts degrees, in Business Administration and Spanish. A native Pittsburgher, Tina resides in Cranberry Township with her husband and three children.

Dr. Beverly Moore
Board Vice Chair – Executive Committee
Beverly Moore is a life-long resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her work experience spans more than 40 years of government leadership in the public sector, which has been focused on safe and affordable housing. Her administrative skills and expertise helped propel Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) to repeatedly achieve the coveted “HUD High Performer” status. As an intricate member of the administrative team, her proficient methodologies helped to successfully direct a massive, HUD driven business paradigm shift from Centralized Management systems to Decentralized Asset Management systems while simultaneously saving the ACHA $2.8 million dollars.
Beverly has held management and senior leadership roles in the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) too, which included composing a Property Management Procedure Manual utilized in every management office in the HACP. A version of this composition was developed at the Allegheny County Housing Authority, resulting in the production of a Residential Property Management Procedures and Training Manuals for the ACHA property managers.
Beverly is also an educator with many years spent teaching as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Professional Leadership Graduate Studies Program, and teaching leadership communication and public speaking for under-grads at Carlow University. For over 35 years, Beverly has held the office of the Western Pennsylvania area Women’s Ministries Coordinator for the Allegheny West Conference, which she led and continues to lead spirited women to empower other women to strive for and reach their personal goals and dreams through leadership and organization of creative and innovative activities for women.

LaMarcus Thurman
Board Treasurer – Executive, Finance Committees

LaMarcus Thurman is the Vice President of Community Lending at United Purpose Mortgage (UPM). This novel role focuses on the community lending efforts for UPM and its affiliated mortgage companies across Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, Indiana, and Michigan. Thurman has more than a decade of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Originally from Louisiana, LaMarcus Thurman is a graduate with a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Allegheny College. He has held roles at Fifth Third Bank, The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, Citizens Bank, and his most recent position as Assistant Vice President in the Southwest Region at Northwest Bank.

At UPM, LaMarcus is responsible for building relationships, awareness, and education throughout majority-minority census tracks. Under his leadership, UPM is constructing new products, programs, and policies to serve individuals and families that other companies and lenders have historically ignored. Efforts are underway to develop and market the community lending program as an overarching arm of Howard Hanna Financial Services that will be available to anyone who needs help getting a mortgage. LaMarcus will also work with community organizations throughout the Howard Hanna footprint to establish outreach programs to educate homebuyers and borrowers on financial matters. He and his new team are sponsoring and creating workshops focusing on homeownership, credit, economic awareness, and, ultimately, the availability of affordable lending opportunities.
LaMarcus has been happily married to his wife, Robin, for 18 years. They have two children, Mia Beatrice and LaMarcus Jr. For many years, LaMarcus has regularly served as a mentor to youth in his community, volunteering his time to support and counsel those in underserved communities. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys volunteering with youth sports organizations.

Tina Coles
Board Secretary – Executive, ReStore, Homeowner Services Committees

With over 10 years of experience managing retail store operations for UPMC Health Plan, Tina led high-performing locations focused on customer service excellence, team development, and community outreach. Her background in retail and operations directly supports Habitat’s ReStore initiatives, where she is especially passionate about strengthening systems that drive sustainability, volunteer engagement, and revenue growth in support of affordable housing.

Today, Tina is the co-owner of B.I.G. Cleaning Services and an independent health and life insurance broker with more than 17 years of industry experience. Across all of her work, she is deeply committed to creating access, stability, and opportunity for individuals and families throughout Western Pennsylvania. She is honored to serve Habitat for Humanity and contribute her operational expertise to advancing safe, affordable housing and stronger communities.
